vinification: traditional red wine vinification with skins maceration for a period of 15-20 days at temperature controlled conditions.
ageing: 12 months in tanks made up of stainless steel and French oak wood and at least 6 months bottle ageing.
“It has an intense and aromatic persistent perfume with scents of spices, mature blackberries and vanilla notes; Its flavour is warm, full bodied and well structured, slightly tannic, with a smooth ending. It can be aged for a period of 5-7 years.”

vinification: grapes are cooled down to 8°-10° C before going through the crusher-destemmer first and a soft wine press after. The must is subsequently separated and decanted via static sedimentation at low temperatures.
ageing: 5 months sur-lie maturation at temperature controlled conditions. 5 months in stainless steel vats and at least 2 months bottle ageing.
