Vinification: Grapes are macerated in steel vinificators for the time required to extract the major polyphenols.
 
Affinamento: it is carried out in steel tanks for 10 months.

Organoleptic properties:
Colour: ruby red
 
Bouquet: Sharp hints of plum, ripe strawberry and spices.
 
Sapore: light, fresh wine with lingering, palate and fine acidity.
 
Food pairing: perfect with cold cuts, medium mature cheese, not too elaborate
first courses and meat dishes. Serve at 16° C.

Colour: straw yellow colour with golden glints.
 
Bouquet: Sharp, persistent bouquet with sweet hints of tropical fruit and vanilla.
 
Sapore: fresh wine with lingering palate and fine acidity.
 
Food pairing: perfect with light appetisers, fish courses, shellfish, and young cheese. Serve at 10°-12° C.

Vinification: The vinification process includes light crushing of the grapes after de-stemming, followed by maceration and fermentation.
 
Its ruby red colour and desired tannins are obtained with modern extraction techniques thanks to the latest research and technology in the wine-making sector. Aging takes place exclusively in steel vats and after bottling.
 
 
Alcohol content: 13,5 % vol
 
Food pairing: A young wine with an bouquet of red-berriedn fruits, spices and green peppers; a smooth, full-bodied winw. Excellent with various first and second course meat dishes, risotto and mature cheeses.

Vinification: The grapes are lightly crushed and hen placed in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for the fermentation process to take place. The wine is left in contact with the lees until the following spring. Aging continues after bottling for several months.

Food pairing: Crisp, fragrant white wine with a good level of acidity and lingering finish. Excellent with seafood hors d'oeuvres, fish first and second course dishes; also recommended with mild, fresh cheeses.

Vinification: The grapes are removed from the bunch stems and gently pressed. Maceration begins during fermentation; modern technology ensures the best extraction of colour and the important tannins. Clarification takes place partly in steel casks ( 50% of the wine) and partly in barriques (50%), and then continues after bottling.
 
Alcohol content: 13,5 % vol
 
Food pairing: Full,higly characterful with enveloping tones of aromatic herbs, sweet peppers, leather, red-berry fruits and dried fruits.
Excellent with: roasted white meat, braised meats and semiripened cheeses.Serve at 16°C.

Vinification: The grapes are removed from the bunch stems and gently pressed. There is a brief period of maceration, followed by the controlled-temperature fermentation process. Clarification takes place entirely in stainless-steel vats.
 
Alcohol content: 13,5 % vol
 
Food pairing: Full, fresh and lingering with domination notes of ripe strawberries and plums, accompanied by spicy notes of nutmeg and chilly. Excellent with: risottos or pulses, or with ripened  or semiripened cheeses. Thanks to its freshness, when served at 12°C it is excellent with fish dishes as fish soups, tuna or sword fish.

Vinification: Gentle pressing of the grapes followed by fermentation both in steel vats and small oak barrels (barriques), where the wine is aged sur li euntil June of the following year. After bottling, the clarification process continues for a further 3 months.
 
Alcohol content: 14 % vol
 
Food pairing: Elegant and intense with notes of tropical fruits, white-fleshed fruit, and light notes of  hawthorn blossom; delicately spiced.
 
Excellent with: rich, soft first and second course meals, such as risotto, shellfish, white meat etc.

Vinification: The grapes are removed from the bunch stems and gently pushed  to split the berries and release the juice. The process of carbonic maceration begins during the initial fermentation period, and the again, after fermentation, for 4-5 days. Clarification takes place partly in steel casks and partly in wooden casks, of both large and small sizes (tubs and barriques).
 
 
Alcohol content: 13,5 % vol
 
Food pairing: A Lively and intense hue, it has a delicate bouquet of fruit preserves and liqueur cherries, blended with hay and a hint of liquorice. It has a fruity taste of red and black berries. The careful balance of soft tannins, both refined yet very much present, ensures a full-mouth feel, and the superior quality phenols tingle just under the upper lip. It leaves the mouth particularly dry and clean with a taste of fruit preserves lingering in the mouth.
