Vinification: short skin maceration, soft pressing and controlled-temperature fermentation.
Affinamento: It is carried out in steel tanks on noble rot and lasts until the spring after vintage, when wine is bottled.
Alcohol content: 13 % vol.
Organoleptic properties:
Colour: straw yellow colour with golden glints.
Bouquet: Sharp, persistent bouquet with sweet hints of tropical fruit and vanilla.
Sapore: fresh wine with lingering palate and fine acidity.
Food pairing: perfect with light appetisers, fish courses, shellfish, and young cheese. Serve at 10°-12° C.
